THREATS WITHOUT A FIRE ENVIRONMENT IN A GLOBALIZED WORLD

Abstract

B a c k g r o u n d . Changes in the security environment in the world caused by the advancement of globalization processes, the transformation of the geopolitical space have exacerbated international security problems and have reached a transnational dimension. The threats that have arisen before humanity require the search for new approaches to their timely detection, prevention and neutralization within the framework of national,
regional and global security. Solving the problem of these phenomena within the framework of a single state is impossible, since this requires new methods of response adapted to today's challenges and joint coordination of the actions of the world community. As experience shows, international security problems are increasingly reducing the ability of governments to effectively govern the country. Therefore, there is a need to understand
how these transnational problems affect national, regional and global security.
M e t h o d s . Methods of analysis and synthesis were used to structure transnational threats and search for ways of responding and jointly coordinating the actions of the world community in the context of globalization, adapted to today's challenges.

R e s u l t s . Transnational threats in the context of globalization were identified and classified, and substantiated proposals were made for their identification, prevention, and neutralization.
C o n c l u s i o n s . It was established that field-dependent individuals tend to choose to travel alone or in pairs. Instead, field-independent respondents more The positive and negative consequences of globalization have been analyzed, and it has been determined how transnational threats that arise in affect national, regional and global security. An approach has been proposed that envisages the implementation of such a policy, which
would be based on cooperation between the commonwealth of states and numerous non-state actors in preventing and de-escalating conflicts. The basis of this approach is the idea that wars and violent conflicts, first of all, are unacceptable not only for moral reasons, but also because of their indirect impact on other regions of the world and pose a threat to ensuring security in the world.
